Animated Features
Robin is currently developing Scram, a feature film for a family audience animated in 3D. This is a development with Moody Street Productions in Australia.
He was Executive Producer of the feature My Freaky Family released in 2024.

The Princess And The Goblin (1991) was an 2D animated feature based on the Victorian novel by George MacDonald. It was a coproduction between Siriol Productions, Pannonia Film in Budapest, S4C (Wales) and NHK (Japan). The Director was the inimitable Jozsef Gemes. It was distributed internationally by J & M and released by Hemdale on 800 screens in the US.

Robin Lyons was the Producer and Scriptwriter.
Under Milk Wood (1992) was an animated version of the Dylan Thomas radio play using the recording made for the BBC by Richard Burton in the 1950’s. The film was made primarily for festivals and television and was a coproduction between Siriol Productions, S4C and the BBC. It was directed by Les Orton.

Robin Lyons was the Producer.
Captain Morten and the Spider Queen (2018) is a family feature film animated in stop-motion created and directed by Kaspar Jancis. It is the story of a boy who is shrunk to the size of an insect and has to sail his own toy boat across a crowded café. It is a coproduction between Nukufilm (Estonia), Telegael (Ireland), Grid (Belgium) and Calon (Wales). The film has has a modest international release in theatres.

Robin Lyons was the Producer with Paul Cummings, Kerdi Oengo and Mark Mertens.
Asterix in Amerika/ Asterix Conquers America (1994) was the first Asterix movie to be made outside France. It was produced by HahnFilm in Berlin. The film was distributed in theatres worldwide. Robin Lyons and Andrew Offiler were screenwriters.

Petit Potam (2001) was a film based on the books by Christine Chagnoux and followed on where the tv series left off. It was a coproduction between Neuroplanet (Belgium) and Dargaud Marina (Belgium). The film had a modest international release in cinemas in Europe. Robin Lyons and Andrew Offiler wrote the screenplay.
